Wow what a week - from pasta making to wandering around secluded etruscan tombs to pizza making to bizarre mummies in caves to wonderful views & beautiful Soriano - We have just had a magical week.
But what really made it special was your warmth & friendliness that made us feel like part of the family & we can't wait to come back. And it really goes without saying that we have never eaten SO GOOD (OR SO MUCH!) in our lives - I'm so glad we go to be the gelato guinea pigs - that chocolate pepper ice cream I will be dreaming of!
And thank you Carla, Rita and Spartico for all the fun we had together.
We have taken so much more away with us from this trip than just fantastic recipes - precious memories and important lessons - like taking the time to stop and smell (or pick) the sunflowers. What an adventure!

Our company did business under the name DiscoverSoriano until November of
2009. In our earlier days all of our vacations were based in the town of Soriano
nel Cimino. As we grew, we began to expand throughout Italy, so the name Discover
Soriano was no longer appropriate. We are still the same company with the same
people... and most importantly, the same commitment in every way! We just have a new
name that can grow with us.
