The image below is a live feed from our kitchen at Villa Eddarella in Soriano nel Cimino, Italy. When we have classes in session, this feed will point at the class. When there is no class, we will point it at something a little more interesting, such as the view looking outside from the kitchen. The live image will refresh automatically on this page every 60 seconds. The camera will shut off at nighttime in Italy, so you may just see a black box below if that is the case. Finally, if you come back and don't see the image change, refresh your browser.

Class Schedule

We usually have classes every Sunday or Monday, then Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The Sunday/Monday and Tuesday classes happen in the morning between around 9:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Italian time (3:30AM and 8:30 AM US Eastern Time).

The Thursday class, which is our Limoncello, Biscotti & Gelato class generally happens between 3:30 PM and and 7:30 PM Italian time (9:30 AM and 1:30 PM US Eastern Time).

The Friday class, which is Pizza, is mostly done outside at the brick oven, and the webcam is out of reach. However, we are working on a way to make it portable, so you may want to check anyway. It generally happens between 3:30 PM and and 7:30 PM Italian time (9:30 AM and 1:30 PM US Eastern Time).
