Pancetta and Pineapple Bites

Ingredients

  • 16 slices of smoked Pancetta
  • 30 gr. (1 pat) of butter
  • 8 slices of pineapple

Directions

  1. Clean and Slice the Pineapple in small cubes.
  2. Roll a piece of the pineapple in the pancetta.
  3. Hold with a toothpick.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan,
  5. Sauté the rolls until golden
  6. Remove from pan and place them on a piece of paper towel.
  7. Serve warm

Note: You can also bake them at 325 F (180 C) until golden
