This is a healthy and very easy fish recipe that can be used for any fresh fish you have in your area.
Finely chop all the herbs and garlic. Zest the lemons, and mix together with salt and pepper
Wash the fish and dry with paper towel
Coat the fish with oil and the lemon, herb, and garlic mixture
Cover with foil and cook the trout filets on a broiler or in the oven for a few minutes.
