Sautéed peppers with olives, capers and breadcrumbs
Heat the oven to 180 C (350 F)
Chop the peppers, removing the seeds and stems
In a greased baking dish, add the peppers, parsley, garlic, olives, cappers, and a sprinkle of grated cheese and bread crumbs
Bake for one hour, mixing periodically
Serve at room temperature
