Ingredients
 1 lb strawberries
 2 tbsp sugar
 1 ¼ cups mascarpone cheese
 3 tbsp grand marnier
 3 eggs

Wash the strawberries and chop them

Add 2 tbsp of sugar and let them marinate.

Separate egg whites and beat yolks with sugar until foaming.

Beat the egg whites until stiff

Refrigerate the egg whites.

Fold Mascarpone cheese with a wooden spoon into the yolks cream

Add the Grand Marnier

Fold the egg whites and add the cream very slowly

Garnish the strawberries with the cream just before serving.
