Veal Marsala

Ingredients
 6 veal slices
 1 stick butter
 1 clove of garlic
 flour
 salt
 olive oil
 1 cup dry marsala wine

Wash and dry the veal

Place veal on a cutting board and flatten it using a meat beater.

Coat the veal with flour.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan with about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.

Cook the veal for a few minutes and sprinkle with the Marsala wine.

Allow the wine to evaporate for a few minutes.
