Cool<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>When cool, pour mixture into your gelato\/ice cream machine and follow the instructions for your particular machine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Just before removing from gelato machine, as mixture is almost done, add the broken amaretti cookies and the amaretto and allow it to be incorporated into the gelato.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Step 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Tip: If you&#8217;re in a hurry you can cool the mixture by placing the bowl over another bowl filled with ice.
