1<\/span> <\/span> package of frozen artichoke hearts<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> <\/span> cloves of garlic<\/span><\/div>\n
olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n
salt<\/span><\/div>\n
pepper<\/span><\/div>\n
parsley<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> oz<\/span> heavy cream<\/span><\/div>\n
4<\/span> oz<\/span> dry white wine<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If using frozen artichoke hearts, defrost them and squeeze the extra water out. If using fresh artichokes, remove all the outside leaves, cut the center in half and clean it. Remove the hairs in the middle and cut off the thorns on the top of the leaves.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Boil the artichokes in some water and salt until tender.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Drain and squeeze the water out.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Cut the artichokes in small pieces<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Saut\u00e9 chopped garlic in olive oil and add the artichoke hearts, salt and pepper Don’t allow the artichokes to get too crispy<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pour the white wine and let it evaporate completely (until you cant smell the wine anymore)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add chopped parsley<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If the artichokes are still too hard, you can add some water or broth.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
