1<\/span> <\/span> package of short ribsq<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> onion<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> cup<\/span> red wine<\/span><\/div>\n
2<\/span> tbsp<\/span> olive oil<\/span><\/div>\n
16<\/span> oz<\/span> tomato suace<\/span><\/div>\n
salt<\/span><\/div>\n
pepper<\/span><\/div>\n
parsley<\/span><\/div>\n
1<\/span> <\/span> package instant polenta<\/span><\/div>\n
parmesan cheese<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Chop and saut\u00e9 the onion with the olive oil. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add the sausages and the ribs. Let the meat brown<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add the salt and pepper<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Pour the wine and let it evaporate for a couple of minutes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Add the tomato sauce and the Parsley<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Let cook for about two hours ( You can put the everything in a crockpot and let it cook for six hours)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Follow the directions on the box on instant polenta at hat can be purchased in any italian deli of high end grocery store. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Once the polenta is ready, pour it on a serving dish. Let it cool for about <\/i> 5 minutes<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Place the sausages and ribs on it.
