What an experience !! As a male non cook I was very appreciative. It has been brilliant. I have learned new skills and developed new tastes and got some confidence to step into the kitchen ! Outbound tours were great and gave us an excellent taste of the region. A great balance and wonderful week. Fantastic people... Tourists and staff. Pity Michael and Paola were not here all week. Highly recommended !!
