I have traveled to over 80 countries and been to Italy at least 10 times, so I am somewhat jaded concerning my travel experiences. With that said, I found my week in Soriano with Michael and Paola to be unique, educational, and just plain fun. This experience is appropriate for both novice and expert travelers.
All your needs are anticipated and met. When they say "all-inclusive", they mean it. We were able to explore cities and towns that are not on the usual tourist list of destinations, and meet truly authentic Italians, in their environment, going about their ordinary lives. They have things planned for every minute, including cooking classes. wine tasting and trips to local towns and the countryside. Your every minute can be jam packed with activities, or you can choose to sleep in, or just relax in Soriano with the locals. I highly recommend the experience and would do it again
