These skewers can be prepared with turkey, chicken, veal or pork. Coated in nuts and dried fruits, its always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
1 lb turkey, chicken, veal, or pork
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup almonds
¼ cup hazelnuts
2 tbsp raisins
¼ cup dried apricots
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp hazelnut or olive oil
fresh marjoram
fresh basil
salt
pepper
Directions

Clean the turkey and dice it into cubes.

Chop all of the dried fruit and nuts in a blender with salt, pepper and olive oil and basil. Mix with the breadcrumbs

Season the turkey with salt, fresh herbs, and hazelnut oil.

Toss the turkey in olive oil and coat the meat with the mixture of nuts and breadcrumbs.

Place the meat in a bamboo skewer.

Broil or bake in the oven at 400F (200C)
