A simple amaretti chocolate cake

1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup amaretti cookies
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
butter
½ cup dark bakers chocolate
1 PaneAngeli Lievito (you can find it on Amazon.com)
1 cup whole milk

On a wood board mix the breadcrumbs, the crushed amaretti cookies, the eggs, the chocolate and the sugar

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and add to the mixture. Mix well

Take a 28 cm (11 inch) Spring form cake pan and coat with butter

Pour the mixture inside and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (350F) For about 40 m. Check by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the cake. If it is dry when removed the cake is ready
