Arrabbiata sauce, translated from Italian means Angry Sauce. This sauce, originating from Lazio is a spicy sauce made from garlic, tomatoes, and dried red chili peppers cooked in olive oil.

Ingredients
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
 1 8 oz can of crushed tomato
 4 Cloves of garlic
 Fresh Itlaian parsley
 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
 Salt
 Pepper
 1 tsp Sugar (optional)

In a skillet, saute the garlic in the olive oil

Add the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, crushed red pepper and parsley

Bring to a boil,then simmer for about 20 minutes

Taste. If the sauce is too sour you can add a teaspoon of sugar

Set simmer for 5 minutes
