Sautéed Spinach

Then I tried the spinach the way people and restaurants prepared them. No wonder kids hate them. Try this recipe. It will change your mind about spinach."

Ingredients
 18 oz pre washed spinach
 2 tbsp butter
 olive oil
 salt
 pepper
 ground nutmeg
 2 cloves of garlic
 parmesan cheese

Boil spinach in a pot of salted water

Drain spinach

When cool, squeeze out excess water

In a skillet, saute the garlic in the olive oil and butter

Add the spinach, salt and pepper.

Lower heat and let cook about 10 minutes

Add a pinch of ground nutmeg.

If spinach appears too dry, you can add more butter

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve warm.
