Bruschetta with Sausage and Stracchino

A recipe for Bruschetta that is quick and easy to make, but sure to be popular with anyone trying it!

Ingredients
 4 Slices of Italian bread
 1 mild sausage (no fennel)
 ½ cup Farmers cheese (Best if you can find Stracchino, Crescenza or Mozzarella)

Preheat oven to 275 C (400F)

Remove the casings from the sausage and place in a bowl with the cheese. (If you are using Mozzarella, shred it first).

Blend together until smooth.

Spread the mixture on the bread.

Bake until golden brown.

Serve warm.
