Heat equal parts cacao in a double boiler to a temperature between 36-38 degrees C (96.8-100.4 degrees F)

Add in the sugar

Add in any spices of dried fruit

Pour into a mold

Hit the bottom of the mold gently against the table to let out any air bubbles
