Filled Roast Beef

Roast beef stuffed with bacon, cheese, eggs, and garlic.

Ingredients
 1 whole beef slice
 150 g ground pork
 200 g sausage out of casing
 100 g bacon
 100 g smoked bacon
 3 eggs
 100 g provolone cheese
 1 yellow onion
 1 clove garlic
 vegetable broth
 1 glass of red wine
 olive oil
 salt
 pepper
 kitchen thread

Directions

Hard boil eggs by placing eggs in boiling water for exactly 7 minutes

In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat and the sausage

Small dice one onion

Heat a large non stick pan on medium high with Olive oil until hot. Add the minced meat and the onion

Slice the hard boiled eggs

Open the beef slice and season with salt and pepper. Then cover the beef with the slices of bacon, the sliced eggs, the cheese and the garlic. Once all the ingredients have been added, spoon the meat mixture into beef slice

Roll the meat with the filling insice and tie it off with the kitchen string

In a large frying pan, add a sufficient amount of olive oil and place the other chopped onion inside. Place the roast ontop and let it cook for one hour at moderate heat

Add red wine periodically unti it evaporates

Add vegetale broth if necessary

Once cooked, let it cool and cut it into slices
