When I turned 50, I wanted to give myself a gift of a week of a culinary vacation in Italy. Life got in the way, so I am 6 years late in claiming my gift!! As the saying goes... Good things are worth waiting for... Traveling solo is always challenging but this week was like visiting family and I never felt alone. I go back to my home in Montreal Canada bringing with me the warmth, new experiences, new culinary skills and a feeling of my life being so much more enriched because of this experience. Thank you all for the memories I know I will cherish always.
