The whole thing was exceptionally fine. One of the best ideas was a food tour in Florence where we were taught about local specialities and got to taste various products in six or more shops. The visits to the cashmere farm, the cooking classes, the wine tastings, the family atmosphere with the other guests (who are remarkably, uniformly and uniquely wonderful?!) and the marvelous way various hosts served us dinners --all these things added up to a thousand great memories and a strong desire to do it again.
