Norcia Italy(May 2015)- In my working days, I was in Italy several times purchasing equipment. I liked the friendly people, the food, the wine, and Italy. I was expecting the same when my wife and I signed up for the Norcia trip and a week of cooking, eating, tasting wine, chocolate making, and other adventures. The trip met my expectations and then went many kilometers beyond. We had fabulous people in our group(8), plus Spartaco and Luigi to lead us. We have been on many nice trips to Europe; but this trip set a new standard for fun and learning. If you like to cook, you need to spend a week in Norcia and enjoy the people and the beauty.
