For us the most impressive aspect of our holiday experience has been how the team operates to allow a sense of community to develop.
The selection of wineries & olive grove in small towns provides an experience of Italian culture.
The cooking classes are a blast - informed and informative. Staying in the medieval section was awesome.
The entire week was extremely enjoyable. Grazie Mille.
