This is one of the best vacations I have ever taken. Every detail is well planned and thought out, and the cooking classes were fun, educational, and filled with new and wonderful experiences. Everyone at CDV is looking out for your best interest, and wants to make sure you have a memorable experience. They exceeded in every way. If you are "on the fence" about taking this trip, just do it - you will not regret it. I hope to be able to take another of their vacations some day!
