All of the accommodations in Bologna are in the Hotel Commercianti. Two of our cooking classes are held in a country villa in the countryside near Bologna, about a 30 min drive out from the centre of Bologna. One cooking class will be in the countryside near Reggio Emilia with a Michelin Starred Chef Andrea Incerti Vezzani (more or less 1:15 hrs drive).
