It all depends on which day, and what we are doing.
To begin with, two of our cooking classes are at about 45mins from our hotel in Bologna. One of the cooking classes is in Reggio Emilia so we will spend more time on the bus, as we travel a greater distance. We have a lot of excursions outside of Bologna during the week. We'll visit the cities of Parma, Modena, the countryside of Reggio Emilia, and the hillsides around Bologna, but the most we ever do is 1 and half hours each way.
