Our mornings usually start at roughly 9:00 AM, but sometimes are later, and sometimes a little earlier. The decision of what time we start depends on the following things:
- Do we have a morning cooking class? If we do, and we will be shopping for the class, we need to get started at around 8:30 in the morning, to give us time for shopping, followed by cooking that will have our meal ready for lunchtime.
- If we are not cooking in the morning, our start time will vary based on what we have planned for the day. For example, if we have a long drive, we may get started a little earlier than normal. In contrast, on some days we can get a later start at around 10:00 AM.
- How late do we plan on being out today? If we have evening activities planned that will have us away from town at night, we will have a later start. This is because there is a law that requires the bus to stop for the day 12 hours after it first starts on any given day. In contrast, if we will be having dinner in town at night, we are able to start a little earlier.
When it is all said and done, our goal is to start a little later if possible to give you (and us) the chance to sleep in and take it easy.
