The famous masks of Venice, Italy are an ancient tradition of the area. We include a visit to a local artisan that makes Gondolas and teaches us how he builds them by hand. One of our Cooking Class will be at Ca Matilde, restaurant of Andrea Michelin star chef that will lead our class. We visit the Colli Bolognesi, where the wine of this region come from. We learn about and taste many wines here. Some of our cooking classes in Bologna are with Pina and Bruna two local woman that love cooking and culture.
