Yes, they do by default. All of our primary homes have air conditioning as a standard. In very rare occasions we need to use a backup home that may not have A/C, but since A/C is a standard for us, if we put you in a home that does not have A/C, we will always talk to you about it in advance to make sure you are ok with it.
This has never been an issue.
