In June, my daughter and I spent a great week in Soriano with Culture Discovery. All the cooking lessons and side trips were perfectly orchestrated and everything seemed to flow without issues. I feel that this is important when you are visiting an area that is so unfamiliar to you. Michael, Paola, Rocky... the whole staff was very attentive to make sure we all had a great time.
I have all my memories, which I will never forget, but I am attaching a picture that always makes me smile. We saw these two gentlemen every morning at Bar Roma...so when I think of a Soriano morning, I think of them.
