We had a thoroughly enjoyable week. I was at first concerned because I have been to Italy many times and thought the experience might be a bit "touristy". There was no need to be concerned. This week is a genuine immersion in Italian culture. The organisation, the staff, the food, the teaching, were all first rate. I have no hesitation in recommending this week.
