Wonderful!!
Cooking with a Michelin chef in his restaurant was a highlight for me, but everyday was a delightful experience. Dinner with our bus drivers in their garage and family was so special and fun.

This was our second trip with. CDV. Our first was 13 years ago in Tuscany and we enjoyed it so much that we wanted to do another one. This one was a great experience, too. Bologna is a beautiful city. Our hotel was wonderful and located perfectly in the center of the city near the town square. Our hostess, Martina, and all of the wonderful people who took care of us all week were so warm, loving and delightful. We can’t say enough about them and their families Our train ride to Venice and our gondola ride on our 63rd anniversary were so special for us. Our cooking classes were all great, informative and such fun. We enjoyed learning about all of the food specialties of the area and seeing how they are made. Everyone at these venues were so gracious and eager to explain their specialities. We had delicious meals every day and enjoyed visiting the different restaurants in the area. The car factories were informative and nice to see. We so enjoyed this vacation with CDV and are looking forward to booking another one.
