From the moment we landed in Rome and met our Host, Inés to our last hug at departure, this was an exceptional trip. CDV has created a truly superb experience. The family-oriented approach to cooking classes, wine tastings and day trips, to people who have long standing relationships with Michael and Paola, the owners, makes this a once in a lifetime vacation. They spared no expense to treat us to great meals, awesome espresso, wine tastings, cheese tastings, olive oil tastings and, of course, gelato! Unlike other tours, they did not nickel and dime us resulting in a feeling of complete satisfaction. I love the staff who toured with us, taught us to cook and exposed us to their warmth and spirit of generosity. Exceptional!
