This was my first trip to Italy and I had an amazing time with Culture Discovery! I travelled with my mom and we had found CDV on a random online search and then investigated it on trip advisor and saw all the 5 star reviews. Now, I am the one giving the 5 star review so more people can discover what a great company Paola and Michael have created. We visited so many wonderful villages and did a good amount of cooking and, of course, eating! We did not have to take our wallets out for anything, except souvenirs, and every day ran so smoothly. We had exclusive access to people and places we would have never saw with a regular tour company and we really were treated like family that were visiting relatives in Italy. The staff was smart, fun, and enthusiastic. Thanks to Paola, Michael, Spartaco, Ian, Carla, Rita, Katia, Sergio, and Susan. Special thanks to Rocky for getting up with us at 7:00AM to do a "power walk" through the hilly roads of Soriano and taking us on his off day to visit the Harley Davidson store that was out of the way for souvenirs. Towards the end of our trip, as my mom and I sat at the long family style table and dug into our delicious home cooked meal and laughed with our new "family", I turned to her and said, "How are we ever going to describe this awesome experience to people?" It was that good!
