Soriano nel Cimino was the location for our first Italian cooking vacation, and it was the perfect choice. We were instantly made to feel more than welcome, and throughout our time there we were completely looked after and became family. The people we met from the locals to our fellow guests were all super friendly and great to be with. The week was packed with wonderful experiences that we will never forget.
If you have ever thought of "going Italian" then this is for you, unquestionably.
