What a wonderful time meeting our Italian hosts on the Amalfi coast. Vincenzo was up at dawn helping us with our coffee and baking for us. Papa Antonio made the best meals along with son in law Pepe, Claudia saw to our every need and Nona Filomena was grandmother to all. Traveling to their hometown of Minori, seeing their pasta shop, visiting their neighbor’s Limoncello shop, and having lunch on the patio of a local restaurant was divine! We even got to shop at the outdoor market for ingredients for the evening meal.
