It is an understatement to say this was a great week. The hotel was lovely and a great location in Bologna. The cooking classes were so much fun every time, the food everywhere was amazing, we learned so much about food and wine and culture it can’t be simply stated. And did I mention how thrilling it was to drive a Ferrari in Italy? Mind blowing! By the end of the week we were all so bonded I hated the thought of not seeing these people after we left! This was my second CDV vacation, my first was Amalfi and that was amazing. I already knew that what they say is true: you are treated like family and want for nothing while you are with them. I will be doing more CDV trips for sure! This one was a foodie’s dream with incredible scenery and just the nicest people running the show. Larisa and Max and everyone associated with our experiences were fantastic. They really know how to bring the fun. I knew nothing about Bologna and the region before and have such a love for the area now. I want to be back there right now!!
