First of all to travel with my two adult daughters was pretty special, and too have it be a monumental birthday gift as well. I loved all the things we did on our trip.

From the moment we met our host Larissa at the Florence airport the first day we were treated like royalty! I feel it gave me a good idea of what the Tuscany part of Italy was like. From going to several small wineries and olive groves to the wine caves dating back hundreds of years. We saw a goat farm tasted the cheese . Having meals in families homes was an experience I won’t soon forget. In all of the different stops we made the owners were very welcoming and willing to show us their wines and tell us a bit about the family history. Radda in the Chianti region was beautiful and a perfect place for our starting point each day! I would highly recommend booking with Culture discovery tours and do hope to book another trip in the near future.
