Mother/Daughter trip of a lifetime
Traveling with CDV on a structured trip to Rome and Assisi was fantastic! The beauty of the country, the magnificent churches, and the friendships we made will forever be apart of who we have become.

Taking my 16 year old daughter on this trip to Italy with me has been the highlight of our year! As an impressionable teenager, the sites and scenes of Italy (on this particular trip) allowed Ellie to not only see foundational how certain Catholic saints lived but to experience a new culture and open her eyes to how life can be lived fully yet simply.
We thoroughly enjoyed the structure of tours and were overwhelmed at the kindness and generosity of both our guides and the local people who assisted in hosting us - at times in their personal homes. How honored we felt to be treated like family!
The full itinerary and fairly fast paced trip provided us the opportunity to be emerged in the country side from numerous routes. Included daily were multi course lunch and dinners events that we’ll talk about with friends and family for years to come! We found just the right amount of time to accomplish shopping enough to fill our suitcases in between the walking tours that were graciously lead by local guides who shared their love and enthusiasm for Italy.
By the end of our short visit, my daughter declared her love for Italy and be both want to return again someday! Thank you Rocky and Danielle for your hospitality, your integrity to host an emersion-type of experience, and your ability to give us an experience where contemplation of God resonated daily. We will remember you fondly until our paths cross again. Pace e Bene!
