This was a trip of a lifetime!! Norcia is beautiful. Our guide Sophie was knowledgeable , professional and a real pleasure to work with!! It is a perfect blend of activities - sight seeing, cultural immersion, cooking and relaxation. All of the people that worked with us were wonderful. Chef Emmanuelle, his assistants, Sophie, Danielle, Titsiano, etc. etc. The hotel was first rate in every detail
