Camaraderie with the hosts and especially our tour leader and other guests and family. Fun, food, the whole cooking experience including making cheese and lots of great wine.

We arrived in Rome and from that moment until we were dropped back to Rome, we were treated to the most hospitable and relaxing time. Every wish and need was anticipated and met - special thanks to Linda and the whole cooking team. We saw many wineries, restaurants, olive oil producers, a castle including the Countess, historicl sights, not to mention the pottery making (by my husband). Thanks to Michael and Paola, Carla and Sergio (our "chauffeur").
The whole tour was done with great care and expertise, but we felt relaxed and enjoyed it all!
