The entire week was spectacular. Palazzo Seneca is one of the loveliest hotels I’ve stayed at. The bedrooms were comfortable, the public rooms were beautiful, the staff were caring. Cooking lessons were fun and informative with a delightful sous chef and helpful kitchen staff. The olive day was the best experience ever, from picking olives to pouring the oil into our very own liter tins. And baking at the old flour mill was such an authentic experience. I have no reservations about recommending this trip to all of my friends.
