Soriano magic
I highly recommend CDV to anyone who wants something a bit out of the ordinary, some hands on experiences and a chance to live and feel the warmth of the Italian spirit.

CDV- Soriano was magical. They said you would feel like family, what an understatement. They could not have been more hospitable, welcoming and just plain fun to be with. Each cooking class was unique and challenging while filled with laughter, dancing and lots of spritzers and wine. The trips to various regions/cities were a great balance of tourism and culinary treasures.
The living accommodations were much more modern than I expected. Any issues were immediately addressed and in my case, a stubborn key turned into a “party” at the doorway while I was instructed on the Italian trick to unlocking their doors.
Every CDV team member took the time to get to know you as a person, not just a visitor. The hugs and kisses were sincere. It brought me back to my Italian roots.
I’m ready to start planning my next adventure, maybe Sicily or the Amalfi coast?
