What an amazing week in Norcia with Rocky and Toni. The food, the wine, the cooking classes, the hotel...it was all wonderful. I booked the trip last minute and was a bit nervous about going by myself. For all you solo travelers out there....book a trip with CDV. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Norcia is a beautiful little town in the mountains. Great little shops, friendly people, delicious food. The meals we had at the hotel were spectacular. My favorite parts of the trip were the truffle hunt, visiting Assisi, Sibillini National Park and Casteluccio di Norcia. Spoleto was a great day trip as well. Loved it all. Can't wait to do Sicily with CDV....hopefully September 2014.
