This week has been all I hoped for and much more. It has been a fun, lively warm social experience both within our group, with our leader Luigi, and with the wide variety of local families that we have been fortunate to share meals with. Rocky, Danielle, and Luigi have created a seamless cultural experience. We moved from one extraordinary activity at a Manor to another BBQ at an olive oil factory. We hunted truffles with the owner and ate dinner with his family - How lucky can you be. I could write another entire page on Luigi's talents as a leader. Suffice to say, he is knowledgeable, passionate, flexible, warm, and incredibly charming. Forgot to mention the food was all unbelievable but I do look forward to a day of NOT eating tomorrow !
