Many, many thanks from the bottom of my heart for creating an environment of beauty, joy, friendship and...full tummies!
I was, on many occasions, transported to my grandmother's kitchen where I first smelled and tasted great Italian cooking. I hadn't realized how close I was to losing such memories - or skills that Grandma Jennie & Nonna (my great-grandmother) tried teaching me. Carla's kindness, patience & passion brought all of us into the heart of this house & this country. I feel those memories & lessons revived. Grazie!
