Unbelievable Vacation
A full week of incredible experiences - would do it again in a heartbeat!

I travelled with my dear friend, whom I've known for almost 40 years. What an incredible cook, and I'm mediocre at best! When she mentioned the idea of a cooking vacation, I had my reservations. Silly me! I would do it over and over again.
The cooking was fun, and you could do as much or as little as you'd like (do not turn down this vacation because you may be a novice). This vacation was truly about the experiences the CDV team organized for us throughout the week (again, you can do as little or as much as you'd like). Claudia, Tomas & the CDV team were true professionals - and welcomed us like we were family. Very special and genuine people.
The accommodations were wonderful (roomy bedroom with twin beds for the 2 of us, and a private bath). The visits to the different towns on the Amalfi Coast, were absolutely spectacular - never ending cultural opportunities, beautiful views, amazing people.
I've never had a vacation where everything was thought through for me - from the time we were picked up at the train station, to our goodbyes, the only details I had to worry about were what to eat/drink from the vast amount of food/beverage provided and what to wear that day.
Although we wished it would last forever, it was a very fulfilling time - very well organized, including downtime to recharge and get to know new friends. Even when we had a few hours of rain, the CDV team pivoted effortlessly to give us more amazing memories.
