Paola, Michael and Andre are unbelievable people. They opened their magnificent villa to us and treated us like family. I've taken fantastic trips for over the past fifty years, but this was the trip of a lifetime. There left no stones unturned....from picking us up at the busy Rome airport (without a problem), to cooking unbelievable traditional family Umbrian/Tuscan food, to having too much food (yes, did you ever hear of having too much food!), to having an unlimited supply of excellent wine from am to pm, to anything else you can think of...or not even think of....it was all there. The staff at CDV are the rarest people, Spartaco and Ian who have unlimited knowledge and present it in interesting ways Carla and her wonderful ladies who run the kitchen like a well timed clock, Sergio who is a well seasoned driver cruising around those turns very carefully, Andre who interacts with everyone and is charming and of course Paolo and Michael who work constantly to make sure everything is in place and everyone is comfortable. They are fabulous. Thanks again for this wonderful experience. There are not enough adjectives to describe my feelings. I can't wait to see you again. Love to all the friends I made at the Villa.
