This restructuring creates an umbrella organization for the company's operating divisions: Culture Discovery Vacations and Culture Discovery Destinations.
The restructuring reflects the company's evolution from its founding as DiscoverSoriano.com, LLC, named after the picturesque Italian hill town of Soriano nel Cimino where founder Michael Kovnick first established operations in 2006. As the company expanded beyond its original Italian base to include multiple destinations across five countries, the corporate structure has evolved to support its international scope and diverse shareholder base.
