My week in Soriano nel Cimino was a dream come true; and it exceeded all expectations! The people(Carla, Linda, Ilaria, Sergio, Katia, Rosaria), the food, the wine, the scenery, the churches, the history were amazing. I could find more superlatives to describe this week but Carla(our cooking teacher) summed it up the best "always remember, now you have FAMILY in Soriano". This is truly how they made us feel.
